Missions & Mission Rewards

Players can find missions all over the city requiring players to complete certain tasks to accomplish goals and receive rewards.

As an example of the type of missions they will have to complete, they’d be required to take part in the storyline of the Paradox metaverse where the rascals a mercenary squad of 5 led by Dexter who is betrayed in a mission on a lost and forgotten deserted planet once a Utopia to retrieve lost technology from an ancient civilisation known only as “The Ancient Ones” upon finding a piece of lost tech known as “The Singularity Drive” Cain a member of the rascals betrays Dexter and his squad and keeps the Singularity Drive for himself and uses its out of world technology to take control of Paradox City and powers it to become the city it is today.

Allowing players to travel through portals within the city to other dimensions and far-away planets in moments. Created using the Singularity Drive a robot police force to govern the city and follow his rules, with the city in his control the remaining members of The Rascals each attempt their own quests to stop the tyrannical Cain from ruling over the city now ruled by the Elite to the suffering of the less fortunate.

Within The Paradox Metaverse, you will find portals scattered all over the city, taking you to new locations forest utopias, ice mountainous regions old, deserted ruins of civilisations washed away by sand with unique player missions in each location all tying into the larger game story of all the characters.

Specific missions to earn rewards, on average it will take players up to 8 hours of gameplay to accomplish each mission and upon completion of a mission there is a delay of 24 hours before the next rewards based mission can start, allowing players to continue enjoying the social aspect of the game in between missions to not encourage a grinding culture within our game missions can be repeatedly played within this time frame but users wont earn $Paradox rewards for it.

The incentive of being rewarded in crypto alters the mindset of a gamer as they then don’t play for the enjoyment they play for monetary rewards; this will cause them to behave a certain way whenever they get an NFT in-game.

We want to avoid players to sell rare or rewarded NFTs as soon as they receive them back to the market. This takes the player out of the gamer mindset when playing. Therefore, delaying the ability to sell the NFT rewarded or earned in-game by 7 days in the paradox marketplace; it changes the player's mindset back to finding items and enjoy using them, playing with it to a point where in 7 days they may not want to sell it. It may even be an item that he has grown to using, now it may end up being an item that’s now their favourite changing the mindset to how players use the NFTs.

7 Day delay on NFT in-game sale allow players to enjoy Paradox Metaverse for the right reasons.
