• Backstory: The one who betrayed Dexter - the previous leader of the rascals during their final mission. He discovered the power of the lost tech they had been sent to retrieve - 'The Paradox Singularity' also known as 'The Singularity drive', an infinite power source developed by a mysterious ancient civilization. He used it to take over Paradox City and powered the city and its tech. The singularity Drive has also allowed Cain to develop previously unforeseen technology such as the Transportation Portals utilized in Paradox City which allow instant teleportation to various locations. Recently Cain has faced his own betrayal as the Police Robots he himself had designed have started to develop their own free will, evolving from simple machines into full-fledged AI. The Paradox PD, a fully autonomous police department is now hunting Cain - their very maker. In their efforts they have made Cain the most wanted man in Paradox City and have plastered his wanted posters all over the city in their efforts to capture him...but they have yet to succeed.

• Personality: Is a visionary and always looks to the future, and is willing to sacrifice the few for the benefit of the many in order to secure his visions of the future.

• Secret Info: He is secretly spying on Dexter since his reawakening but is pretending to be oblivious to his return as he is currently still trying to secure the city's future. Cain is also secretly the mastermind behind the missions you will be carrying out throughout the game as he is using you to destroy the remnants of the ancient beings and will reveal the truth to you once you have made your way to the top of Paradox Tower.
